Come and join us as we discuss and learn together what God’s word is saying to us. Leading up to the first week of our Social Justice Bible study, here are some tips to enhamce your study:
The message this morning is titled, "Neighborly Love", based on Matthew 25:31-45. The hymns are "Take Time to Be Holy" (#395 UMH) and "Together We Serve" (#2175 TFWS) See the previous post for the music video not included here. We used this video in worship this morning. It won't be included when we post the service because we want you to be able to see it the way it was originally presented. The song is called "People Need the Lord", presented by the Jubilee Virtual Choir. ![]() This week's Ministry Matters newsletter has been posted here. All the previous weeks' editions are also available on the Announcements submenu of the Calendar and Events tab. Here's the video from this morning's service. The message is titled "Not Grudgingly or Under Compulsion" and is based on verses from I Chronicles, Matthew, and II Corinthians. Corrie tenBoom was a Dutch Christian and concentration camp survivor whose life and testimony were a key part of Sunday's All Saints' Day message. If you'd like to know more, you can read a brief excerpt from her autobiography, "The Hiding Place", at this link. And here's more of her wisdom for us as a church.
